Global Wok in Garching bei Munchen

This is the best Chinese Buffet that I've had in Germany. Really surpassed my expectations. The Grill bar was awesome. The sea food variety is ultimate. Extensive desert including, cakes, Tiramisu and variety ice creams.

The food has not tasted good for a year, it is too dry. Corona time there are a lot of people nobody keeps their distance, few idiots don't even wear their masks cleverly, walking around without a mask. Never again, I warn you not to go there any more.

My girlfriend and I went there today and enjoyed the buffet lunch. Shortly after entering, we were led to a quiet, demarcated area. After a short briefing and ordering the drinks, we were allowed to explore the buffet. An extremely large and impressive selection awaited us with a wide variety of delicacies. Everything was lovingly draped in an appealing atmosphere. When we returned to our seat, the drinks were already ready for us. The background music was very relaxing. All in all, this restaurant is more than recommended. Great food in a wonderful atmosphere. Since no wishes remain unsatisfied.

Food was good, but the service staff were not that friendly

I was here for the first time a few days ago although I've known the shop for 10 years. If it looks a bit kitschy from the outside, the ambience inside can almost be seen. Lots of seats and a huge buffet. The food is actually amazingly good for the price. There is from sushi to various meat and rice dishes, fruit and sweet almost everything Chinese heart desires. You can eat as much as you want, which is of course ideal for lunch 😉. There is definitely one point deduction for the drinks ... The shandy tasted pap-sweet and not at all like beer, the cola was everything, but definitely not "cola", more like syrup with a cola taste. Nevertheless, I will now spend my lunch break here more often and eat something comfortably. Global Wok is definitely worth a visit.

We were at lunch on Friday, unfortunately no one bothered that everyone put on their protective gloves when he went to the buffet. Many came back with a full plate without gloves. Also after the change of clientele at the tables was wiped (smeared) over the tables with a damp, uninviting cloth - nothing of a disinfectant could be seen. The next clientele took their seats again at the damp table and the fresh napkins were placed there. When asked if the chocolate fountain was turned on, it was only for the evening. All right ..... but why there is a used plate with a used wooden spoon in front of it nobody could answer me. It was shrugged, I have to assume that this is from the day before. It is also not appetizing when the fountain stands around openly and waits for the next use in 24 hours. Not possible in Corona's times!

They have the largest open buffet I've seen, all within a small budget ( if im not wrong a fee of 7.5€ per person for a red meat menu and 15€ for sea food selection). Everything really delicious, fresh and perfectly displayed. The staff was very communicative and polite. İ would definitely go again 👍

Solid ambience, good price / performance ratio, "simple" crowd and a huge selection of food! Unfortunately more for bad krama points.

Food was nice. Most of the meat was fresh. Waiter was really polite and quick. Overall a solid all you can eat buffet. 👌

Super china restaurant, good prices and food

We have wanted to test the restaurant for a long time because it looks so beautiful from the outside and finally it was time .... What can I say? Well Aged Asian restaurant. The food was ok, seemed careless. The cleanliness is not very important here. Only two employees who appear very stressed, it may also be due to the Corona.

We had a discount, but when we wanted to pay, they said that you should order drink, despite the fact that nothing is mentioned. The Mongolian barbeque was also smelly, and not very well cooked.

Love the food, the staffs are friendly, spacious, reasonable price.

The food was below average. Most were cold in the buffet and were not replenished. They told us the service stops at 10pm even though here says 11pm. No menu in English only German.

We were already often in this restaurant to visit (always so 2 to 4 people), even Saturday evenings we got a seat without reservation and were served quickly. The buffet is very rich from the appetizer to the dessert. There are a dozen types of meat to choose from and vegetarians get their money's worth. If the precooked food is not enough, you can put your own plate together and have it freshly prepared in a wok. There is ample parking in front of the restaurant and at the end of the visit you can also enjoy the obligatory fortune cookie.

What I did not like at all was the chairs on picture 1 of them they were totally eroded and we were not the only ones (and we had reserved a table) 😐. Of course there are other tables but I have no idea how to get there. The puffet was good there is a lot and you can also roast it (eg crocodile or frog ...).

Great restaurant! Very nice people willing to help and to be the best hosts ever. :) Food is fresh, a lot of choice for every taste. Meat, salads, sweets, vegetables, mixed together or taken separately, exotic or european, you can choose. Low price except for the holidays, but every time food is fresh prepared and great, so it is a great place to go! Interior of the restaurant is relly pretty also.

One of the best all you can eat Btw if you want there is a menu too..good food and varios...nice to go with friends or if you want they have some place more private for a date etc.

It is not the first time we have a rest with friends in this restaurant! Very tasty and rich selection of dishes, a variety of seafood, salads. Well, the attendance of this restaurant speaks for itself! There is always a lot of people, but there are almost always free places! Very helpful staff! I advise everyone, for 16,5 € per person - this is a very good place, even just a hearty meal to eat enough!
